Is REL a property management company?

REL Home Concierge provides home watch and concierge services. We do not replace licensed property managers, contractors, inspectors or other licensed professionals where those services are required.
Do I receive photos after a visit?
Yes. Scheduled home-watch visits include documentation and photos.
What happens if you discover a problem?
We'll notify you and document what we observed. With your authorization, we can help coordinate with your preferred vendor or contractor.
Can you work inside gated communities?
Access procedures vary by community. We'll establish the appropriate process with you before services begin.
Can I customize my membership?
